With the concept of 'Pending,' 266 acres of Kampung Sayong Tebing is designated as Village Tourism to attract visitors and increase the population. This project enhances the image of Kuala Kangsar as a Royal Town. The royal urban design elements include buildings no more than 3 meters in height, ensuring they do not block the view of Masjid Ubudiah across the waterfront (proposed: pedestrian mall).
